We’ve got answers.

Juno charges 1.5% of the amount converted. If that amount is below $40, a $0.20 small order fee also applies. We pass through the exchange rate from our liquidity provider with no hidden markup — the fees are shown clearly before you confirm.
Juno receives an exchange rate from our liquidity provider and passes that same rate on to you. We do not add a hidden markup to the FX rate — our fee is shown clearly before you confirm your payment.
120+ Indonesian banks and e-wallets are supported, including BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay and LinkAja. See the full list and payout limits here.

Yes. Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first deposit or transfer. The verification steps usually take about a minute to complete. Some cases may need additional review.
Only send USDC (SPL) on Solana Mainnet — the app shows this before you deposit. Funds sent on another network or as a different token can be lost, so always check first. Unsure? Contact support before sending.
If an IDR payout can’t be completed, we’ll return your USDC to your wallet once the failure is confirmed. We’ll keep you updated in the app if it takes longer.
